Returns

You can return any item purchased from us within 30 days provided that it is in brand new, unused condition. Shrink wrapped or foil and heat sealed items must be completely unopened and in all cases, returned items must be in resaleable condition. You will find our online returns process very easy to use with options to request a replacement, store credit or refund.

Simply log in to your account, select the relevant 'Completed Order' and click 'Return Item(s)'. We'll let you know via email when we receive your returned item(s) and also when we have processed a store credit, replacement or refund.

If your return is a result of our error (ie. we sent you something that you didn't order) we will be delighted to refund your return postage costs.

Shipping

Most items are in stock and ready for immediate despatch. If you place your order before 3pm on a working day, we should be able to ship your order straight away. Orders placed at the weekend are generally despatched the next working day.

Occasionally an item may be out of stock due to high demand. If we anticipate a delay of more than 48 hours, we will contact you to discuss your options.

We select either Courier or Royal Mail First Class delivery at our discretion, based on the size and weight of your order. Both services are extremely prompt and efficient.
